Swahili Language – 10 Words Travelers Should Know

Heading to Tanzania and the Serengeti National Park? Maybe off to Kenya to see some of the sights? Here are some basic Swahili phrases and words that tourists should know before they visit. The locals are extremely friendly and by just trying to speak a little Swahili you will make numerous more friends and bring a few smiles to locals’ faces along the way. And yes you may notice a few words from Lion King are actually Swahili.
