TV2 Nyhetskanalen first ident from 2007

In a country like Norway with only about 5 million people, its pretty risky to launch a 24 hours news channel. However! TV2 did that and what a success it has been for them. Here I show you the first ident that I uploaded to YouTube back in 2007. This ident is pretty cool, but was replaced by a different one few years back. Also the channel started out with green theme, but now its totally red.

TV2 Nyhetskanalen broadcasts 24 hours with News in Norwegian. It is a niche channel, that many thought wouldnt survive that long but it did surprice everyone. Many private companies have tried to start their own tv channels in Norway, without any luck. So to see TV2 Nyhetskanalen doing so well is really great.
