Arcade Videogame Machine Space Adventure like No other

The Last Starfighter trailer which you can see just below here. Shows you how great the Trailers back in the days were. They didn’t reveal the whole movie. Why do they do this today? I don’t know… so that all of the interesting parts is revealed? It just doesn’t make any sense in revealing the whole movie plot and characters in the trailer. Its an destruction that must be stopped. A trailer should just tell what The Last Starfighter is and nothing more. It should make you and me interested in it and make us want to watch it in the end. Either on cinema, on a movie channel or buying it in a store.

The Last Starfighter 1984 – A video game expert Alex Rogan finds himself transported to another planet after conquering The Last Starfighter video game only to find out it was just a test. This movie just transports you to something unique.

Missing the Character designs from 1980s movies as in The Last Starfighter

Many of the sci-fi and fantasy movies now lacks the extra personalia that the characters got in the 1980s movies. Looking at this The Last Starfighter trailer, then I really want to watch the movies because of how the alien characters looks like. It was really well done. Now most of the film makers just add 3D CGI rendrings and thinks that is good enough. No! You need to try to design something that looks really great. There are few film directors like Luc Besson which still manages to get this right. But the last Blade Runner 2049 movie versus the Blade Runner movie from 1980s shows this difference clearly. I just loved that 1980s sci-fi world better. Even though it didn’t have flat screens because of the time it was made in.

The Last Starfighter is a wonderful movie from 1984. If you haven’t seen it, both Disvida and Distrita recommend you to watch it. It’s just incredible well made.
