Polish news intro in the 1980s

Before the communism fell, the main news program on Polish tv was called Dziennik. It went on air everyday at 19.30, after children programs that run 15 minutes in advance before the news. It was covering world events in a communistic perspective.

Today the news is called Wiadomosci, but still its aired at 19.30 on TVP1, which is the main national tv channel in Poland.

This clip on YouTube seems to be from a program about Dziennik. Thanks to BasicMasterReloaded, which uploaded this as this have deep historic roots for sure.
