La Femme Nikita Intro

One of the most known series from the late 1990s and start of 2000 is La Femme Nikita. Here is the intro of that series, that had a quite dark tone. La Femme Nikita was also the highest-rated drama on American basic cable during its first two seasons. Which is quite nice!

La Femme Nikita Intro

Based on Nikita movie by Luc Besson
Nikita is a action/drama television series, based on the French film Nikita by Luc Besson. The series was co-produced by Jay Firestone of Fireworks Entertainment and Warner Bros. The television series differs from the film versions in one fundamental aspect: Nikita (Peta Wilson) is innocent. She is not a killer, nor a drug user. She is just a homeless young woman in the wrong place at the wrong time. Section One —an elite, top-secret counter-terrorism organization takes her to their heart, where she gets to know Roy Dupuis, which plays the mysterious Michael Samuelle.

This is a fantastic action/drama series that went on almost any tv stations around the world. If there is something that todays drama series could learn from, then it is La Femme Nikita. Fantastic series, that lasted for 5 seasons from January 13th 1997 to March 2001.
